Cancellations or non-attendance
We appreciate the earliest possible notice before cancelling or changing appointments so that we can offer that space to someone else. A minimum of 12 hours notice is required for any cancellations or appointment changes. Less than 12 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled appointment time. Non-attendance will result in a full charge of the scheduled appointment time. Thanks for your understanding. |
